Surbhi Jyoti was cast as Zoya Farooqui in Qubool Hai and has since been a fan favorite! This incredible actress has captured the hearts of millions with her incredible acting and character portrayals, but she is also an influence to many because of her fitness and health regimens.
Her exercise practice has given her admirers some of the most incredible fitness goals, and she lives a very balanced life. Surbhi Jyoti, when questioned about her fitness mantra, stated unequivocally that she performs yoga on a regular basis and keeps herself hydrated by drinking enough water.
Her diet consists primarily of fruits and vegetables, and she describes herself as a self-proclaimed gourmand as well as a pure “eggetarian.” She seems to be one of those people who eats well and keeps things light, and her methods appear to be working!
Surbhi Jyoti is in fantastic shape, and we can’t help but respect her straightforward fitness objectives. She is clearly setting some huge health and fitness objectives for the younger generation, as well as providing some do-it-yourself eating recommendations!
She also confesses that everyone’s life requires a little sweetness now and then, and she, like everyone else, drinks her tea with sugar. Her favorite cuisine is, wait for it, rajma chawal, and if she’s hungry on the street, paani puri is most likely what she’ll get.
